pretty much, sorry bro.
i tried my best but, failed miserably, who knows?. maybe ill come back on day
i attempted a v62 right after but im sure its not my fault its my dam computer.
keep getting errors about port 1099 again. sorry

Well thanks for the answer, when I tried to make a private server it did have a lot of errors.
